1958 Frick Vignale Cadillac Custom Convertible

Owned by Bruce Payne of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado

1958 Frick Vignale Cadillac

This Frick Vignale Cadillac custom is an one-of-a-kind, aluminum bodied grand touring car built in 1958. It has been in the current owner’s family since 1962. Bill Frick, the former chief mechanic for Cunningham Motors, engineered and produced the car in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a custom chassis and powered it with a Cadillac engine. Giovanni Michelloti designed the body, which was then hand-built by the Italian coachbuilder Vignale in Torino, Italy. It has just completed a frame-off restoration.
